TEK Guthrie Pte Ltd (“the Company”) specializes in Tool and Dies Design and Fabrication, Metal Stamping, Machining services,  Mechanical Sub-Assembly and prototyping

The industry experience of our management team dates back to the Company’s beginning in 1989.

 Our History

The Company had started as a registered business in February 1989. In June 1991, the entire business operation was transferred to TEK Precision Tooling Private Limited, a limited liability company incorporated in Singapore.

Over the years, the Company had served our customers from a humble 3,000 square foot shop located in the Commonwealth area and during its first phase of business expansion, the Company relocated its operations to a 14,000 square feet terraced factory in Tuas, Singapore.

 A New Beginning

TEK Guthrie Pte Ltd (“the Company”) was incorporated in Singapore on 6 January 2001 as a joint-venture between TEK Precision Tooling Pte Ltd and Guthrie GTS Limited.

Immediately after its incorporation, the Company took over the entire business operation of TEK precision Tooling Pte Ltd and subsequently became a subsidiary of Guthrie GTS Limited on 16 April 2001.

The Company is a subsidiary of Guthrie GTS Limited, a company listed on the Stock Exchange of Singapore.  Guthrie GTS Limited is one of the oldest companies in Singapore and its corporate history dates back to 1821.  The core businesses of the Guthrie Group of Companies include Engineering, Properties and Investments. The Guthrie Group has achieved total revenue of more than S$180 million in 2001.

Our Business Profile

The productive capacity of the Company had been boosted by increased capital expenditure in production equipment since 2000.  

At present, the Company has a paid up capital of S$5.6million and is operating from its new 40,000 square feet manufacturing facility located at Joo Koon Road located in the industrial heartland of Singapore.
